The 2004 sophomore effort by Bandwich is a rock opera, The Saga of the Bear. Set in diverse locales, ranging from Yosemite to the villages of northern India, this opera tells the tale of a young dancing bear who finds love, fame, and through it all, humiliation. With this release it's official: Bandwich are “the John Irvings of rock.”
